• Why is it better to get a membership when I can buy through the shopping cart?
Currently, the membership fee is $99.99 for one year of unlimited downloads. Our shopping cart downloads are a flat fee of $5.00 USD per design product. If you download 20 designs, you've already spent the amount of membership for unlimited downloads.


• What are the file formats of downloads?
Adobe Photoshop PSD layered files, Adobe Photoshop JPG files and CorelDraw 10.0


• What if I only want the CorelDraw file and not the Adobe Photoshop file? On the membership side, you have your choice and are able to go back at anytime and download the other file format if needed. The Shopping Cart area will sell designs as sets. Each purchase includes the Adobe Photoshop file and the CorelDraw file with purchase and are not sold separately. You will need to download your files that are needed at the time of purchase. We don't allow for archival downloading.



• What is my account area for in the Shopping Cart zone?Your account area in the Shopping Zone is specifically to reference what files you have downloaded on specific dates. At the end of your purchase, you will be prompted at that time to download immediately. Do not log out without downloading your designs since you will not be able to get back to them.



• I see you have a section for Tips and Inspirations - what are those and when can I expect to see more? We have lots of tips and tricks for sublimating products, using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw that we want to share with you. Our Inspirations area will be filled with thoughts on color palette use and links to sites where we believe that they may have something of interest to offer you in the visuals of your products. However, these are suggestions only and we do not endorse anyof these companies.



• I have CorelDraw 9.0, can I use your CorelDraw downloads? Unfortunately, we already down-save into CorelDraw 10.0 and cannot save into lower versions without compromising the designs and your ability to customize the piece for your customer.



• Can I download and resell the designs to my customers as digital files? No, you are only able to download the designs here and use them on sublimation products. These are not for digital resell. Please respect the work and rights of our artists that have spent many long hours to bring you these designs.



• I can't find a design that I need for a specific occasion or product. Can you help me? Sure! If you can't find a design you are looking for, we're probably already working on it. Send us a Request for design inquiry to info@unisubgraphics.com
